This will require setting up flitter-jobs in this repo and getting the redis infrastructure in place.

Create a job that accepts the following parameters:

  • plugin_tag
  • optionally, user_id

this job should look up all plugins with the given tag (limited to those for the given user, if provided) and fire them using the plugins library.
