One particular RawData test failure looks to be a consequence of notification toasts building up enough to cover a strategic button. This makes a somewhat simple-minded and brutal fix. Summary: Adds a new Record Card view section to each non-summary table, which can be from opened from various parts of the Grist UI to view and edit records in a popup card view. Work is still ongoing, so the feature is locked away behind a flag; follow-up work is planned to finish up the implementation and add end-to-end tests. Test Plan: Python and server tests. Small change to declarations that seemed necessary when running buildtools/build_core.sh now, but I'm not sure what changed. CI hasn't flagged anything, so smells like the version of some package not nailed down.
