For frequently used pages it would be helpful to be able to bookmark them so they always appear at the top of the sidebar.

Perhaps add another top-level header "Bookmarks". The pages in the bookmarks do NOT show the children.

To add a page to the bookmarks, add a "Bookmark"/"Remove Bookmark" action to the menu in the sidebar.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
