add support for partner commanders in the commander selection #4

There is no option in the deck builder for partner commanders. Probably should be an additional field that pops up when the system detects a commander selected that has the keyword "partner with" or "companion with" and match it to the selected partner conditions to ensure legality

Also need to include the generic "partner" keyword that alows matching with anyone with exclusively just the word partner like below:
