You can see the top one and the bottom one for pippin's bravery are both showing but different numbers. I think the process should "delete" that old entry and move it to the top like it already does so as to limit the confusion while adding new cards

Delete Branch "%!s()"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
