"Removed from deck" section with a checklist for retuning a deck. This would help you have a checklist for when you decide to remove cards from a deck for sure. Then you can have a remove card or remove all button that confirms that card(s) are removed.

Could kinda be handled by duplicating a deck but seems like this could be a better solution.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
