Global MaybeBoard....perhaps "wishlist" section under library? #15

This might be a slightly personal thing and pretty big change in how the DB tables work but I like the idea of having a "wishlist" of cards that aren't necessarily part of a deck yet. Just to keep track of cool cards that could be used in many decks or other items.

You could maybe make it an aggregate of the all the deck "not owned sections" as well as these non-deck oriented wishlist cards so your library has a sub section of "owned" and "wishlist" and the wishlist section could have the same link of deck location like the owned library card
