Libraries: let the main library be deleted from a device
Main can go once another library is synced to take over. The server keeps its default library, so this only removes the device's copy, and only Main's own files: its folder is the app data folder. A deleted Main stays deleted across launches, and a device always keeps at least one library, which is now checked before anything is deleted on the server.
