If I collapse a node and filter for one of its children, it isn't shown.

Filtering should probably reset the collapse level, or at least override it.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
