In order to make PWA/capacitor builds easier in the future, we want to eliminate any redirects to non-angular pages.

In particular, the major times this happens in Noded is for the authentication flow.

So, let's build a login page in angular that supports tying into flitter-auth's default provider, with links to github/coreid.
