Currently, we have no way for the user to manage their user settings in a unified interface.

Create a new item in the menu in the sidebar called "My Account" or "Settings" or something.

In here, the user should be able to:

Set their first and last name
Profile photo uploader
View their username and some basic stats about their account
- how many pages, how many nodes, storage space, files, &c?
Generate database API access tokens
- this will require some backend work
If the user's provider is flitter, allow resetting their password
