Markdown node display issues & enhancements #45

The markdown node editor component has an issue where, as you type, the Monaco editor starts becoming wider and wider, eventually crowding out the display.

First, fix that so the two are always exactly 50% of the available width
Second, add an enhancement to change the editor view mode between split display (current behavior) and editor only (as supported by mobile).
