George Gevoian 43a76235c7 (core) Fix invalid selection bugs in GridView ...

Summary:
A negative value was being used for the row id of the
"Add New" row in some cases. This broke selection when a
table was empty, which consequently caused other bugs.

Test Plan: Browser test.
