Paul Fitzpatrick	a5f5ecce19	(core) add grist.getTable(tableId) and a getTableId() method in plugin api ... Summary: Makes the new TableOperations API available for all tables in the document. Adds methods for discovering the tableId of the selected table. I was very tempted to implement the select() TODO in the TableOperations API, but it requires a significant refactor of the backend. Paul Fitzpatrick	98f64a8461	(core) add grist.selectedTable.create/update/destroy/upsert to custom widget api ... Summary: This makes an equivalent of the /records REST endpoint available within custom widgets. For simple operations, it is compatible with https://github.com/airtable/airtable.js/. About half of the diff is refactoring code from DocApi that implements /records using applyUserActions, to make that code available in the plugin api.
