60423edc17 (core) Customizable stripe plans.
Summary:
- Reading plans from Stripe, and allowing Stripe to define custom plans.
- Storing product features (aka limits) in Stripe, that override those in db.
- Adding hierarchical data in Stripe. All features are defined at Product level but can be overwritten on Price levels.
- New options for Support user to
-- Override product for team site (if he is added as a billing manager)
-- Override subscription and customer id for a team site
-- Attach an "offer", an custom plan configured in stripe that a team site can use
-- Enabling wire transfer for subscription by allowing subscription to be created without a payment method (which is customizable)

Test Plan: Updated and new.

Introduce APP_HOME_INTERNAL_URL and fix duplicate docs (#915)
Context:

On self-hosted instances, some places in the code rely on the fact that we resolves public domains while being behind reverse proxies. This leads to cases where features are not available, such as the "Duplicate document" one.

Bugs that are solved - n self-hosted instances:

Impossible to open templates and tutorials right after having converted them;
Impossible to submit forms since version 1.1.13;
Impossible to restore a previous version of a document (snapshot);
Impossible to copy a document;

Solution:

Introduce the APP_HOME_INTERNAL_URL env variable, which is quite the same as APP_DOC_INTERNAL_URL except that it may point to any home worker;
Make /api/worker/:assignmentId([^/]+)/?* return not only the doc worker public url but also the internal one, and adapt the call points like fetchDocs;
Ensure that the home and doc worker internal urls are trusted by trustOrigin;

fc44a60edf (core) When reporting email in log metadata, use normalized email.
Summary:
There has been inconsistency in using display email vs normalized email, which
ends up creating some duplication in downstream analyses (e.g. the same user
showing up twice with different capitalization).

1. Add UserProfile.loginEmail field with normalized email to prefer, when set, over the inconsistently used UserProfile.email.
2. In one place where it's not available, normalize the display email manually.
3. Clean up some code in Client.ts.

Unrelated tweak to API Console to be clear when a URL parameter wasn't found (rather than show whatever happens to be the first value).

Several test robustness improvements:
- Misplaced parenthesis in gristWebDriverUtils has been causing optTimeout argument to be ignored in tests, and treated always as indefinite.
- Attempt to fix SortMenu test by ignoring (retrying with logging) errors in waitForServer, which include "script timeout" errors that come from a non-configurable selenium or chromedriver timeout.
- Attempt to improve onNewTab() helper, which plays a role in failing Billing tests.

Test Plan: Tested manually the capitalization of logged emails. Counting on existing tests to catch issues.

Optimize sql query for workspace acl (#824)
Without this optimization, we fetched loads of entries from the database, which led to database and nodejs overloads.

We could go further, this is a modest patch towards better performance.

We use two queries: one fetches the workspaces, the second the organization that the workspace belongs to.

2a206dfcf8 (core) add initial support for special shares
Summary:
This gives a mechanism for controlling access control within a document that is distinct from (though implemented with the same machinery as) granular access rules.

It was hard to find a good way to insert this that didn't dissolve in a soup of complications, so here's what I went with:
 * When reading rules, if there are shares, extra rules are added.
 * If there are shares, all rules are made conditional on a "ShareRef" user property.
 * "ShareRef" is null when a doc is accessed in normal way, and the row id of a share when accessed via a share.

There's no UI for controlling shares (George is working on it for forms), but you can do it by editing a `_grist_Shares` table in a document. Suppose you make a fresh document with a single page/table/widget, then to create an empty share you can do:

```
gristDocPageModel.gristDoc.get().docData.sendAction(['AddRecord', '_grist_Shares', null, {linkId: 'xyz', options: '{"publish": true}'}])
```

If you look at the home db now there should be something in the `shares` table:

```
$ sqlite3 -table landing.db "select * from shares"
+----+------------------------+------------------------+--------------+---------+
| id |          key           |         doc_id         |   link_id    | options |
+----+------------------------+------------------------+--------------+---------+
| 1  | gSL4g38PsyautLHnjmXh2K | 4qYuace1xP2CTcPunFdtan | xyz | ...      |
+----+------------------------+------------------------+--------------+---------+
```

If you take the key from that (gSL4g38PsyautLHnjmXh2K in this case) and replace the document's urlId in its URL with `s.<key>` (in this case `s.gSL4g38PsyautLHnjmXh2K` then you can use the regular document landing page (it will be quite blank initially) or API endpoint via the share.

E.g. for me `http://localhost:8080/o/docs/s0gSL4g38PsyautLHnjmXh2K/share-inter-3` accesses the doc.

To actually share some material - useful commands:

```
gristDocPageModel.gristDoc.get().docData.getMetaTable('_grist_Views_section').getRecords()
gristDocPageModel.gristDoc.get().docData.sendAction(['UpdateRecord', '_grist_Views_section', 1, {shareOptions: '{"publish": true, "form": true}'}])
gristDocPageModel.gristDoc.get().docData.getMetaTable('_grist_Pages').getRecords()
gristDocPageModel.gristDoc.get().docData.sendAction(['UpdateRecord', '_grist_Pages', 1, {shareRef: 1}])
```

For a share to be effective, at least one page needs to have its shareRef set to the rowId of the share, and at least one widget on one of those pages needs to have its shareOptions set to {"publish": "true", "form": "true"} (meaning turn on sharing, and include form sharing), and the share itself needs {"publish": true} on its options.

I think special shares are kind of incompatible with public sharing, since by their nature (allowing access to all endpoints) they easily expose the docId, and changing that would be hard.

145138b7e9 (core) move apiserver tests to core, disentangling notifier+billing parts

d191859be7 (core) For exporting XLSX, do it memory-efficiently in a worker thread.
Summary:
- Excel exports were awfully memory-inefficient, causing occasional docWorker
  crashes. The fix is to use the "streaming writer" option of ExcelJS
  https://github.com/exceljs/exceljs#streaming-xlsx-writercontents. (Empirically
  on one example, max memory went down from 3G to 100M)
- It's also CPU intensive and synchronous, and can block node for tens of
  seconds. The fix is to use a worker-thread. This diff uses "piscina" library
  for a pool of threads.
- Additionally, adds ProcessMonitor that logs memory and cpu usage,
  particularly when those change significantly.
- Also introduces request cancellation, so that a long download cancelled by
  the user will cancel the work being done in the worker thread.

Test Plan:
Updated previous export tests; memory and CPU performance tested
manually by watching output of ProcessMonitor.

Difference visible in these log excerpts:

Before (total time to serve request 22 sec):
```
Telemetry processMonitor heapUsedMB=2187, heapTotalMB=2234, cpuAverage=1.13, intervalMs=17911
Telemetry processMonitor heapUsedMB=2188, heapTotalMB=2234, cpuAverage=0.66, intervalMs=5005
Telemetry processMonitor heapUsedMB=2188, heapTotalMB=2234, cpuAverage=0, intervalMs=5005
Telemetry processMonitor heapUsedMB=71, heapTotalMB=75, cpuAverage=0.13, intervalMs=5002
```
After (total time to server request 18 sec):
```
Telemetry processMonitor heapUsedMB=109, heapTotalMB=144, cpuAverage=0.5, intervalMs=5001
Telemetry processMonitor heapUsedMB=109, heapTotalMB=144, cpuAverage=1.39, intervalMs=5002
Telemetry processMonitor heapUsedMB=94, heapTotalMB=131, cpuAverage=1.13, intervalMs=5000
Telemetry processMonitor heapUsedMB=94, heapTotalMB=131, cpuAverage=1.35, intervalMs=5001
```
Note in "Before" that heapTotalMB goes up to 2GB in the first case, and "intervalMs" of 17 seconds indicates that node was unresponsive for that long. In the second case, heapTotalMB stays low, and the main thread remains responsive the whole time.

629fcccd5a (core) Adding /webhooks endpoint
Summary:
- New /webhooks event that lists all webhooks in a document (available for owners),
- Monitoring webhooks usage and saving it in memory or Redis,
- Loosening _usubscribe API endpoint, so that the information returned from the /webhook endpoint is enough to unsubscribe,
- Owners can remove webhook without the unsubscribe key.

The endpoint lists all webhooks that are registered in a document, not just webhooks from a single table.
There are two status fields. First for the webhook, second for the last request attempt.
Webhook can have 5 statuses: 'idle', 'sending', 'retrying', 'postponed', 'error', which roughly describes what the
sendLoop is currently doing. The 'error' status describes a situation when all request attempts failed and the queue needs
to be drained, so some requests were dropped.

The last request status can only be: 'success', 'failure' or 'rejected'. Rejected means that the last batch was dropped because the
queue was too long.

bfd7243fe2 (core) Comments
Summary:
First iteration for comments system for Grist.
- Comments are stored in a generic metatable `_grist_Cells`
- Each comment is connected to a particular cell (hence the generic name of the table)
- Access level works naturally for records stored in this table
-- User can add/read comments for cells he can see
-- User can't update/remove comments that he doesn't own, but he can delete them by removing cells (rows/columns)
-- Anonymous users can't see comments at all.
- Each comment can have replies (but replies can't have more replies)

Comments are hidden by default, they can be enabled by COMMENTS=true env variable.
Some things for follow-up
- Avatars, currently the user's profile image is not shown or retrieved from the server
- Virtual rendering for comments list in creator panel. Currently, there is a limit of 200 comments.

ab3cdb62ac (core) make the support account configurable, and allow listing public sites
Summary:
This makes two small tweaks based on a user's questions about sharing
sites publicly for a self-managed installation:

 * The support user `support@getgrist.com` is made configurable with
   `GRIST_SUPPORT_EMAIL`. This came up because only the support user
   can share material with the special "everyone" user. This restriction
   was added to avoid spam.
 * Regardless of public sharing settings, for our SaaS we had
   decided not to list public sites to anonymous users. That is
   somewhat a question of taste, so a `GRIST_LIST_PUBLIC_SITES` flag
   is added to override this choice.

Public sharing isn't in a well polished state, and this diff doesn't
advance that, in fact it adds a new wrinkle :-/
