Paul Fitzpatrick	bc599916f5	tweak webhook overflow test (#590) ... This test appears to fail if toasts aren't issued fast enough (perhaps because an empty toast list may count as truthy?). I might be missing something since I don't understand the purpose of waitForOverflownMessageToDisappear apart from lengthening a timeout.	1 year ago

Summary: Using standard tost notification, message about webhook queue being overflown was added. message is permanent as long as queue is full. Message contains linkt to the webhook setings Test Plan: two nbrowser test was added - one to check if message is show when queue is full, and second to check if message is dismiss when queue was cleaned.
