Summary:
This adds an `updateDomain` billing task that allows editing
the subdomain (and the org name, which is also editable with
the address).
A warning is shown that changing the subdomain will mean that
saved links need updating.

Summary:
This moves all client code to core, and makes minimal fix-ups to
get grist and grist-core to compile correctly. The client works
in core, but I'm leaving clean-up around the build and bundles to
follow-up.
