Summary:
Radiobutton on the billing page was wrongly connected
to the computed observable, which resulted in an error when one
was switching the tier using this radio button directly.
This was issue only in Firefox, as Chrome was muting error events
from cross origin scripts - so Grist ignored such errors. Now this
is changed and those errors are visible to Grist.

Summary:
Adds initial implementation of dark mode. Preferences for dark mode are
available on the account settings page. Dark mode is currently a beta feature
as there are still some small bugs to squash and a few remaining UI elements
to style.

Summary:
This moves all client code to core, and makes minimal fix-ups to
get grist and grist-core to compile correctly. The client works
in core, but I'm leaving clean-up around the build and bundles to
follow-up.
