Summary: - When displaying, include the country code, and don't assume state is always present. - When entering, include a country selector (defaulting to US), and make state/zip optional when non-US. - Bring in an npm module with country codes. Paul Fitzpatrick	4d3777578e	(core) add Dockerfile for grist-core ... Summary: This adds a two-stage Dockerfile for grist-core. The first stage builds Grist, and the second collects all files needed to run Grist. The resulting image is about 600 MB which is quite a bit bigger than it needs to be, but seems fine for now when the first goal is to establish that people can open and edit Grist files on their own infrastructure. The client works in core, but I'm leaving clean-up around the build and bundles to follow-up.
