George Gevoian	788a223f13	(core) Fix missing placeholder flag icon ... Summary: Shows a placeholder flag icon for the language picker button when a country flag isn't available. The country flag icon is displayed on top of the placeholder icon. For countries where an icon isn't available, the placeholder will then become visible. This fixes a bug where no icon was shown for languages that didn't have a flag icon available. Test Plan: Tested manually. Jarosław Sadziński	90d3ee037a	(core) User language switcher ... Summary: New language selector on the Account page for logged-in users. New icon for switching language for an anonymous user. For anonymous users, language is stored in a cookie grist_user_locale. Language is stored in user settings for authenticated users and takes precedence over what is stored in the cookie.
