Template for first-party Extollo modules

## Setup
- Activate CI for the repo in Drone
    - Add the `npm_password`, `drone_token`, `gitea_token`, and `notify_webhook_url` secrets to the repo for extollo bot.

- Edit the `.drone.yml` file to replace `PACKAGE` with the module name.

- Update this readme!
